I went in for brakes. I had been 2 other places who told me they were bad and needed replaced for $900. I have had the car 4 months I went to Nef\’s and they told me that my brakes are fine.. they did find something wrong .it was under warranty They worked with the warranty company I did not do a thing. Tuesday before thanksgiving one of our service trucks broke down 60 miles west on I-90. Not knowing any repair shops in Spokane I had to roll the dice. WOW did I get lucky! Brought in my car for a loud rattling near the back, thinking it was simply the exhaust or heat shield. Not even half an hour later, they diagnosed the problem, showed me pictures, and recommended me to another shop to have it replaced. Super quick, easy to understand, and also filled up my tires (I’m horrible about that so thank you)! Very happy with the service I got and would definitely go there again for car troubles!
